Our client is a leading provider of Voice Logging and solutions in the Voice Communications domain, with offices in the US, Middle East, and India.



The client had multiple systems with different user credentials for accessing the various performance reports, which includes their profitability, revenue and customer insights. The requirement was to provide executive dashboards and Business Intelligence solutions to enable the executive team to access the Key Performance Indications at their figure tips via a single platform.


Our Strategy:

With all the requirements given by the client Chimeras team came up with a designed custom made Management Dashboards that helps to access multiple performance parameters under one roof.


Our Solution:

Chimers Consulting team had studied the various KPI requirements and complex matrices to be considered for the Executive Dashboard Reporting needs. The team formulated a custom made BI Solutions/Management Dashboards, using Flex with a Rich Client User Interface, with the help of an Enterprise Service Bus layer. The users enjoyed the flexibility of carrying out the performance analysis on the respective widgets by viewing, modifying and creating dashboards of various type such as Pie, Bar, Stacked, Line and many more.

The users were enabled to access multiple performance parameters and dashboards in a single system.
